How the ranking works. Your answers are matched against what each venue is licensed to do and where it may operate. Location and product availability are hard filters — a venue that cannot serve you is removed whatever it pays, and no commercial arrangement will ever put one in front of you. The remaining venues are scored on how well they fit your stated priority, funding method and trading frequency.
Where money touches the order. Among the venues that can legally serve you, the ones we have a paid partnership with are listed ahead of the ones we don't. This never changes which venues are shown or hidden, only the order they appear in.
Affiliate disclosure. Some links are referral links and earn this site a commission if you open an account. It costs you nothing extra. Where no partnership exists the card links to the official site instead and says so.
Coverage is not exhaustive. This compares a hand-checked shortlist, not every venue in existence. Some entries are still marked unverified — treat those as leads to check, not as confirmed fact.
Verify before you commit. This shortlist is reviewed roughly once a month, and the month of the last review is stamped at the top of the page — anything can change between passes, and product availability differs by country. The ESMA register is authoritative for EU authorisations; the CFTC and NFA registers for US derivatives.
